LED Spark1. Scope
This policy applies to LED Spark version 1 and its sign creation, local work library, full-screen playback, export, screen-recording, and support features.
2. On-device creation
Text, layouts, templates, colors, fonts, gradients, animation settings, backgrounds, particles, borders, and saved works are processed and stored locally on your device. LED Spark does not require an account or registration.
3. Network and tracking
Version 1 has no remote database, network telemetry, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, advertising SDK, or advertising identifier. The app does not display advertising and does not sell personal information.
4. Photos and exports
When you choose to export an image, GIF, or video, LED Spark may request write-only permission to save the result to your photo library. It does not need permission to read your existing photo library for this purpose.
5. Screen recording and microphone
System screen recording is available when you start it. A microphone usage description is included for a future beat-sync capability, but version 1 does not expose beat sync and does not trigger microphone access.
6. Permissions not used
Version 1 does not request camera, photo-library read, precise location, contacts, or account permissions.
7. Support messages
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it only to answer and manage the request. Email contact@yayinintl.com with “LED Spark Privacy Request” in the subject. We usually reply within a few business days.
8. Retention and deletion
Delete a saved work inside the app or remove the app to remove its local data, subject to device backups controlled by your platform. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request, legal duties, and security.
9. Children and international processing
LED Spark is a general creative utility. Children should use it with an appropriate adult. Core creation stays on-device; support providers may process a message in another region under reasonable safeguards.
10. Operator and changes
