LED Spark1. Scope
This policy applies to LED Spark 1.0.1 and later on Android, iPhone, and iPad. It covers sign creation, the local work library, full-screen playback, the glow stick and cheer flashlight, export and screen recording, the LED Spark Pro subscription, usage analytics, install attribution, and support.
2. Your signs stay on your device
The text you type, layouts, templates, colours, fonts, effects, backgrounds, and saved works are processed and stored only on your device. They are never uploaded, and they are never included in analytics or attribution records — not the words, not their length, and nothing derived from them. LED Spark does not require an account or registration.
3. Device features and permissions
Photos: when you export an image, GIF, or video, LED Spark asks only for permission to add the file to your photo library; it does not read your existing photos. Screen recording: recording starts only when you start it, the system asks for your consent first, and the file is saved on your device and is not uploaded by us. Flashlight: the cheer flashlight and flash effects switch the camera flash on and off; no camera image is captured. Sharing uses your system share sheet, and you choose where the file goes. Microphone: the current release does not turn on or record from the microphone. LED Spark does not request access to your contacts, camera images, or precise location.
4. Usage analytics
LED Spark records which features are used: playing and exporting a sign, opening the glow stick or flashlight, changing the app language, tapping a Pro option, viewing the subscription screen, and starting or leaving a purchase, together with identifiers such as which built-in template was used. It also records when the app is opened or returns to the foreground and how long it stays in use, and how many times it has been opened. On Android these records go to Google Firebase Analytics, with advertising personalisation signals turned off. On Android, iPhone, and iPad they also go to our reporting service, operated by Yayin Guanjia, together with a random installation identifier, a per-session identifier, the app version and build, the operating-system version, and whether a subscription is currently active. Firebase also collects standard technical information such as device model and country. These records are not linked to a name, an account, or a contact. Usage statistics are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time in Me → Settings → About → Usage statistics; the switch covers both destinations and the app keeps working normally.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
LED Spark Pro is sold through the app store on your device, which processes the payment. We never receive or store your payment-card details. From the store we receive whether your account currently holds a valid subscription, the product identifier, transaction and order references, the price and currency, and whether a free trial or introductory offer applied. This is used to unlock Pro features, to restore purchases, and to report the subscription to our attribution provider. On Android the installation identifier is attached to the purchase as its account reference, so the purchase can be matched to the installation. Your subscription status is also cached on your device so Pro keeps working briefly while offline.
6. Install attribution
LED Spark does not display advertising. We measure which advertising campaign led to an installation and whether it resulted in a subscription. On Android this uses Adjust, which receives your Google Advertising ID, the Google Play install referrer (which store page or campaign the installation came from), device and network information, the installation identifier, and, for a subscription, the product, price, and currency together with its order reference, purchase token, and signature so it can verify the purchase with Google Play. The campaign result Adjust determines — such as the ad network, campaign, ad group, creative, and cost — is then sent with the installation identifier to Yayin Guanjia. On iPhone and iPad it uses Apple’s AdServices attribution, which provides a short-lived attribution token rather than an advertising identifier; no tracking permission prompt is involved and the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. On both platforms the installation identifier, app version, operating-system version, locale, device model and time zone (iPhone and iPad), the store transaction reference, and the subscription product, price, and currency are sent to Yayin Guanjia so a subscription can be connected to the campaign that produced the installation. Yayin Guanjia also uses the IP address of that connection to determine your approximate country or region; precise location is never collected. Attribution is not covered by the Usage statistics switch, because it measures the installation and the purchase rather than how you use the app. On Android you can limit it by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in your device settings.
7. App configuration
When the app starts, it asks our configuration service, operated by Yayin Guanjia, how the subscription screen should be shown. That request carries only LED Spark’s own app identifier — no installation identifier and no personal information — although, as with any internet request, the server receives your IP address.
8. Sharing, retention, and security
We share information only with the providers named in this policy — Google Firebase for analytics, Adjust and Apple AdServices for install attribution, Yayin Guanjia for analytics, attribution and configuration, and the app store that processes your purchase — and only for the purposes described here. We do not sell personal information, and your signs are never uploaded. The installation identifier is a random value created on your device; it is not your name, your account, or a device serial number, and clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app discards it. Analytics and attribution records are retained by those providers according to their own retention periods. Data in transit to our providers is sent over encrypted connections. Information you send by email is used only to answer your request and to meet legal obligations.
9. International processing
Your signs stay on your device. Analytics, attribution, configuration, and purchase-verification information is processed by Google, Adjust, Apple, and Yayin Guanjia, which operate internationally, so it may be transferred to and processed in countries other than yours — including the United States and, for Yayin Guanjia, mainland China — under the safeguards those providers apply.
10. Your choices and rights
Turn usage analytics off in Me → Settings → About → Usage statistics. On Android, delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings; on iPhone and iPad no advertising identifier is used. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account; the Me tab links there directly. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling LED Spark removes your saved works, preferences, cached subscription status, and the installation identifier. A later reinstall gets a new installation identifier, which is not linked to the previous one; on Android, however, Adjust may still recognise the device through its advertising ID (until you reset it), and a restored subscription carries the store’s own purchase references. 11. Children
LED Spark is a general creative utility and is not directed at children under 13. Children should use it with a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. Subscriptions are purchased through the app store account holder, subject to the store’s own parental controls.
12. Changes and operator
