LED Spark1. Current availability
Paid subscriptions are not currently available in LED Spark version 1. These terms govern any optional subscription or in-app purchase that may be offered later.
2. Offer disclosure
Before confirmation, Apple App Store or Google Play will show the plan, price, currency, billing period, included features, and any trial or introductory offer. The purchase screen is the final offer.
3. Store billing
Apple or Google processes payment using your store account. We do not receive your complete payment-card number.
4. Renewal and cancellation
A recurring plan renews automatically unless cancelled before the store deadline. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. Trials and price changes
Eligibility and conversion terms appear before purchase. The store provides notices or consent flows required for price changes.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are normally decided and processed by the store that charged you, subject to its rules and applicable consumer law.
7. Entitlements and restore
Paid access is granted after a valid store transaction is verified. Restore purchases using the same store account on a supported platform.
8. Missing access
If a later purchase succeeds but access is missing, try restore purchases and then email contact@yayinintl.com with “LED Spark Purchase Support” plus the store transaction reference. Never send a complete card number.
9. Consumer rights
These terms do not limit mandatory refund, cancellation, disclosure, or other consumer rights.
