LED Spark1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of LED Spark. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
2. Product purpose
LED Spark is a creative utility for making and displaying glowing text signs, managing works locally, and exporting supported media formats.
3. Your content
You keep responsibility for words and designs you create. Do not display unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, dangerous, or privacy-invasive content.
4. Public and safety-sensitive use
You are responsible for brightness, motion, placement, audience consent, local venue rules, and safe device handling. Do not use the app where flashing effects, distraction, or obstructed vision could create risk.
5. Intellectual property
LED Spark software, interface, templates, brand assets, and original visual elements are owned by or licensed to YAYIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original words.
6. Exports and third-party rights
You must have the rights needed for any words, images, fonts, marks, or other material you use or distribute. Export availability depends on device and operating-system capabilities.
7. Availability and updates
Features may change for compatibility, safety, reliability, or quality. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.
8. Purchases
If optional paid features are offered later, the applicable store purchase screen will show the plan, price, billing period, and included features before confirmation.
9. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from unsafe display, unlawful content, or use outside the intended purpose.
